not eating right---no appetite for anything

PANIC averted today.....by the grace of God

I could feel it and tried to just smooth it down without meds

However, still feeling effects of the episode

hurting in back and shoulders
headache
tired EXTRME

hardly any sleep even going to bed early
almost panic like
could get my brain to turn off
cannot eat much
head hurts
teeth and gums hurt
eyes hurt
every muscle in my neck back and arms hurts

Mouth is a mess---dead teeth and teeth breaking

Hurting a lot in the past few days

Still have a cold

Last day of Feb. and am still hurting but seem to be adjusting to the new level of discomfort. I still have the crud--immune system compromised. I ain't got time for this
