hurting ---the cold and rain is killing me

Bad day at school yesterday----kids were horrible and disrespectful and would not stop talking. They are about the meet the Ms. Bitch known and loved at Lyman. I am not gonna take it from them. I know that I am tired and sick and have little energy to fight them--- but i will just write them up everyday until they are GONE

went to walmart after school ( which was hellacious) and got my meds and the rest of the groceries i needed

hurting pretty bad last nite and this morning

i hate getting worn out just taking a shower

came home and went to bed---slept for 2 hours

big knots in upper back and in hip and leg
