These past few years have been so difficult. I feel like a slug. I think I am entering a flare-up time with my Fibro.

The stress, not sleeping well, constipation, dry mouth, nausea.....I just want to sleep and be left alone. I am depressed. Lonely and not looking forward to the rest of my life.

I think I am heading into a Fibro flare-up. With all the stress and anxiety I have been under the past years...my body is feeling it BAD. This year the stress is different---but it is still stress. I hate to make changes to my meds, but I am hurting everyday.

I hurt my back this morning carrying in a crock pot to church. My head hurts and lower back. ALSO there is a hurricane coming.
