panic attack at school --- headed off with meds

Well, I fell at the house on THurs. nite. I lost my balance and now am bruised all over and sore. At least I did not hit my head or turn my ankles and am glad of that mercy. Scared Janessa. Was on the phone with Mom and Daddy and the phone went flying. Took a while to find the freaking phone!!

I do believe I am having a Fibro flare due to the stresses and stuff going on at work.
