took a hot bath when i got home from school

took meds

now they need to kick in

Had a bad night --- little sleep and hurting ( a burning hurt)

stayed home today and slept but in the chair   grrrr

should have gone to bed

hurting and upset that people do not get it

at the point of tears today

sitting in floor making data board and my back goes into spasms

charleyhorses in legs

pain pain pain

so tired---sleeping but not rested

too much $$$ paid for meds every month  :(

Hurting really bad after getting so hot yesterday at the Cruise-In

THEN  woke up to men cutting down trees from about 10 a.m.-8p.m.

I have been anervous wreck---Lil John was over here and the trees falling and machines making noises and the trucks slamming I am on edge...I feel very shaky and want to cry---but if i start i may not stop

did not sleep well last nite
took forever to GO to sleep
could not wake up this morning
hurting pretty bad right now--about a 6 so it has been worse
have a headache too
