Went to the ER early this a.m. and was admitted for observation
Allergic reaction to one of my meds
Came home but still swollen
Is all this part of the flare-up??

taking tomorrow off for a mental health day

felt a panic episode coming today and was able to stop it with xanax and calling Daddy to tell me some Tilden Plantation stories

I am hurting sooooooooooooo bad tonite
taken ultram, xanax and now fiorecet
taken a hot bath
went and got mother to rub my back and it still isn't feeling better

but i am "vintage" ha

always hurting on Sundays after playing piano
