This has been a very tough year health-wise. The pain is worse and I feel bad most of the time. I am hoping that 2014 will be better.

It is the first day of Dec. and the pain is not lessening. I stayed up past 4 last night waiting for it to ease up some so I could sleep. Then I did not get up until after noon.

I am not eating right. I have little appetite. I seem to want to snack a lot and not eat a big meal. The pain seems to make me not want to eat.

if i were to show all the feeling that i have to those i love i would be constantly crying and curled up in a ball. i try to make it through without the pain being all that i am. today is a BAD day. I have taken several meds to try to dull the pain but it is no use. i hurt all over and nothing is helping it. i may go back to bed and sleep just so i can't feel it. this is no way to live. I can so understand suicide as an option to the pain like Cindy's cousin John. Just peace and no pain for a while. it is amazing what years of pain can make you tolerate.

it is not my weight but the vitamin D deficiency that is making me hurt and feel so bad

woke up about 330 with a back spasm

tried for an hour to go back to sleep

janessa tried to rub out the cramp but it did not work

it is 430 and I am up

Woke up at 7 in a lot of pain in my hips and back

Got up and took some meds then went back to bed

i did not have to play piano today so slept till about 11

got up and took my daily meds

have had a headache all day but so has Mom and Janessa

Janessa has rubbed my back several times today

still no verbal results from blood work

i just took a hot bath hoping to ease the pain

i have a headache that won't quit

it is only 1030 and i am exhausted. I have only been up about 11 hours.

Hurting really bad after getting so hot yesterday at the Cruise-In

THEN  woke up to men cutting down trees from about 10 a.m.-8p.m.

I have been anervous wreck---Lil John was over here and the trees falling and machines making noises and the trucks slamming I am on edge...I feel very shaky and want to cry---but if i start i may not stop

last night my back was knotting up like crazy so I went next door and Mom rubbed it for a good bit. I am hurting so much in the mornings when i get up.

I have these big bruises on my stomach area and no idea where i got them from

Today i have to sit in a meeting half the day in a student desk. I imagine this will be difficult since i won't be up walking around

Tomorrow I have to go to County Office for a meeting. ALL day

This has got to start getting better or i am gonna have to start taking more pain meds

mom and daddy want me to go to Dr. North but I am afraid of changing docs
i cannot afford more tests and changing meds will be nightmare of EPIC proportions
Maybe this pain is my new normal and I just have to adjust to this level of pain
