PAIN  neck and back

electrodes shocked muscles yesterday and have been hurting nearly nonstop since

tried everything and hurt hurt hurt

am so tired...I have slept so much in the past 2 days

still think I am having a flare of Fibro symptoms

have been suffering with back pain for several weeks---several trip to chiropra

but not much relief

ice and heat  AND  trying to stay very still
