almost had a wreck yesterday and ran off the road to avoid it
then I cried all night long ---delayed reaction or panic episode???? not sure

bowel movements are huge and then when I go....it then feels like my bladder has to empty MANY times

Bad day at school yesterday----kids were horrible and disrespectful and would not stop talking. They are about the meet the Ms. Bitch known and loved at Lyman. I am not gonna take it from them. I know that I am tired and sick and have little energy to fight them--- but i will just write them up everyday until they are GONE

went to walmart after school ( which was hellacious) and got my meds and the rest of the groceries i needed

hurting pretty bad last nite and this morning
