had a panic episode yesterday and still feeling effects. neck hurts and i have knots at my scalp line (weird)  back hurts too

wish this flare up would go away

sitting at the piano makes my back spasm so i took the pain meds today and a Xanax.....

lots of pain and discomfort.....is this the vitamin D deficiency causing this or what????  I am so uncomfortable and could easily sit and cry

hurting alot today so took the pain meds...then a headache this aft'n

I have cried on and off today.....hormonal or seasonal depression????

the children and teachers in CT could have something to do with it

Tadlock's office called and the blood work says that my Vitamin D is low (12) and supposed to be about 30. She is sending a supplement in for me to take. blech

She says it may be what is causing the flare up

went to dr. yesterday ---  told her about the pain and fatigue

trying a new med -- for muscle relaxation

may try to change up cocktail  :(

not sure i want to mess with it but......
