Yesterday I did my 'grace' thing and fell at school. I am sore and bruised up but not really hurt.  Have been hurting pretty bad for a few weeks anyway. flareups.

These past few years have been so difficult. I feel like a slug. I think I am entering a flare-up time with my Fibro.

The stress, not sleeping well, constipation, dry mouth, nausea.....I just want to sleep and be left alone. I am depressed. Lonely and not looking forward to the rest of my life.
