I hurt my back this morning carrying in a crock pot to church. My head hurts and lower back. ALSO there is a hurricane coming.

Neck is hurting pretty bad and lower back some. Stress is killing me.

I have had a few migraines over the past few days. Also, back hurts ALOT. I have used heat and ice.

Almost went into a full blown panic attack today. DMS is sooooooo different from NWE. It was chaotic and not organized properly. It totally freaked me. The new gradebook sys is gonna kill me.
