residual effects from a panic episode in my sleep ---chest hurting and tired all over

I am soooooooooo tired. I feel that I could sleep for our entire holiday time. I have been sick for about 6 weeks. This is ridiculous

i have been sick with the crud for about 5 weeks. i am so tired of coughing and feeling bad. yesterday went to clinica and got sterioid shot in the BUTT and some prescription--one mega dose of Augmentin so i hope that will kick it out of my system.

blood pressure issues are a major concern.

I need to come up with some new ways to combat a flare up. I am gonna look some up online , but I did look at some books at Books-a-Million today. There are more written now than in the past.

I had a migraine last night and am feeling the haze today. I think it was the weather that caused it. We had a storm move thru last nite.

I am hurting quite a bit in my back and shoulders. I am praying it is not a flare up. STRESS will bring it on and I am under extreme stress.

Did not go to school yesterday. I had a stomach ache and was constipated. Still not feeling too great. I am really really tired.

I have not slept well the past 2 nights. I woke up about every hour on the hour.

I have a headache. It could have been the chocolate or the dairy.

I have a beginning of a headache....hope it will not be migraine. My neck and shoulders are sore. My tummy was not feeling good yesterday.

I have been feeling really down. I wonder if the Cymbalta is working. I have suicidal thoughts. Sometimes I think it would just be great to let go. I cannot leave Janessa. She keeps me here.

I guess I should've kept up with this blog. I have had such a year and it is not over yet. I will try to write more about days when I have symptoms and the triggers and effects.
