I had a panic episode last night. I am going to try and track these events and the trigger of them. They seem to be getting worse, which is why Dr. Tadlock changed my meds to Cymbalta. I am not real sure that this working. I have had more suicidal thoughts since taking this drug.
It has been nearly a month since the last really bad panic episode. Janessa was talking to me on the phone about school prob. at USM and it just went on and on......I finally had to tell her buy because I was in full panic.
I feel like I have been hit by a truck. I hurt all over and am very sleepy. My head hurts. These are the sucky after effects of an episode. It tires me out completely. The adrenalin pumps so much that my body takes days to recover.
